FML NOW A VALUE OPTIONS PROVIDER
As of January 1, 2015, Friends Medical Laboratory, Inc. will be a Value Options provider. This allows us to offer services to all Value Options members under its Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health options.
If you have patients that are in an outpatient program, we will need a copy of their Value Options membership card to process billing. Please note, inpatient clients will continue to be processed through your billed account.
